如何做正確的深蹲
深蹲跟蹲下是不一樣的兩個動作,很多人在剛開始做深蹲時都會像是右邊影片,只是蹲下而已。
正確的深蹲是要向左邊的影片。
1. 肚子提氣核心不能放鬆,才能保持平衡。
2. 臀部往後坐不是只往下而已(想像有人在後面拉你的臀部所以你往後並且蹲下)
3. 膝蓋不能超過腳趾,不然膝蓋會承受重量,久了會受傷。
4. 重心放在腳後跟所以腳趾可以提起來

(做深蹲的時候要練的是臀部的肌肉而不是大腿股四頭肌
如果坐的不夠後面用到的肌肉大部分就只是股四頭肌而已)


Do a proper squat

Left side video is a proper squat --> Right side is an example of bad form that people commonly use.

1. Engage your abdominal muscles
2. Don't just focus on sitting low --> focus on siting back
3. Ensure your knees stay behind your toes
4. Put your weight on your heels, avoiding transitioning to the balls of your feet

While squats work all entire lower body, make sure you are not loading too much stress on your thighs by leaning forward or on your toes.
